Presenter Profile:
Muhammad Ahsan Mirza is a highly accomplished Senior Finance Leader with over 18 years of specialized expertise in banking regulatory compliance, financial systems transformation, and IFRS 9 Expected Credit Loss (ECL) reporting. He currently serves as Senior Manager – ECL & Impairments at Kuwait Finance House (KFH), one of the largest banks in the world with a USD 143 billion asset base.

Presenter Profile:
Abdullah Ibrahim, MBA, CMA is a Strategic Business Consultant, Board Member and VP Education of IMA Kuwait Chapter, with over 20 years of experience in business strategy, financial management, operations optimization, IT transformation, and leadership across diverse industries including F&B, hospitality, technology, and business consulting.

Throughout his career, Abdullah has led large-scale operational and transformation initiatives, including P&L management, process reengineering, digital transformation, business growth strategies, and operational restructuring. He has also held senior leadership roles overseeing cross-functional teams and large workforces, and has contributed to major strategic projects in Kuwait.

In this session, Abdullah will take participants beyond theory into the real decision room, where finance leaders must protect cash, lead people, communicate with transparency, manage risk, and preserve stakeholder trust during times of uncertainty and crisis.

The talk will focus on practical leadership lessons, ethical decision-making, financial resilience, and how finance professionals can turn crisis pressure into structured recovery and long-term strength.

Registration for new CMA/FMAA members who will participate in the honor ceremony will remain open only until May 10, 2026.

Active members are allowed to bring one guest, provided the guest is registered.
